Translation of feature codes + complete region code list

Hi!

I've just published a table with all feature code names in Geonames,
with translations to Norwegian Nynorsk, Norwegian Bokmål, Kven,
Finnish and "simplified English".

I've also published a table with every region code that is currently
in use in the Geonames database. A lot of the regions in Geonames are
missing a lot of information (e.g. name). I've tracked down the FIPS
region names and almost completed the table.

Please be aware that the table contains some region names that are no
longer in use in Geonames (they used to be there, but after a lot of
tidying some of them are luckily gone).
Please also note that some of the region doesn't exist any more. A lot
of Geonames is based on old American data (with obsolete region
names), and the current region structure in Geonames doesn't always
reflect the current situation in each country.

Great job! If you don't mind, bandwidth permitting, I would gladly see those code translations added to the SKOS publication in the geonames ontology file.
