TreeView Search and Hover

Hi all,
i have the follow problem.
I have a TreeView with hover and search enabled.
If use the mouse to pos a selection. After that i use the search and the selection move to a other entry.
If i hit enter the "treeview.Selection.GetSelectedRows()" return the wrong entry. It's the one witch selected with the hover and not the one with the serach.
Have anyone the same problem or a workaround for this?
