Troop Master Traveler problems

My conputer died and Im trying to update the Troopmaster files on my wifes computer (My Back up) but it wont download the files from the palm to the computer.

You need to install Traveller on your wife's computer as well as that's what adds the ability to download to your Palm.

Thanks, but I have Traveler installed on the backup PC. Is anyone aware of TM having problems going from updates from a XP computer to a Vista computer. At this point Im going to try uninstalling TM & Traveler and reinstalling them.

Vista does not support the HotSync through the USB port.  I had the same problem when I purchased a new computer with Vista.  I had to sync through the Blue Tooth connection to get it to work again.
 
You need to download the OS from the PalmOne website and install a Blue Tooth adaptor on you computer if you don't already have one.

Excellent advise. I will see if Mamma's comp has a Blue Tooth option. It should its a Tosh. & about a year old.
