We'd like to have access for just a Scout enter attendance records for activities. If you give them a password with just activities checked, I know they cant update any fields, but they will be able to see all the other information correct. The manual is a bit vague but I think it is telling me that they will be able to see everything but not be able to update anything other than what is checked. That is correct. That is why we do not record SSN's in our database. We have been letting the scribe enter attendance about 4 years now and have not had a problem. Karen
