Trouble creating new farcry users

Not sure if I'm missing something, but when you add a new user in farcry 5.2.3 there doesn't seem to be a text input for "username", so the user is created as "_CLIENTUD". FC 5.2.2 here, webtop - admin - users, then at the bottom "section security" i see a field "User ID". Just mentioning this as i previous posted that the userid was not updated while i forgot to scroll down the page enough... Interesting, I'd put money on the fact that those fields were not there last night in Chrome or FF on windows. I'm at work now (mac) and I can see them. I'll try again from tonight on windows. This occasionally happens if a profile/user is added to the database with no userid. Still not sure how the record gets added, but removing the record fixes the problem.

Mmmm just checked with FC5.2.2 and FF3.5.4 on windows vista business, userid has to be filled in otherwise displays error.
