Trouble downloading Mapnik

I have been trying to download the Windows version of Mapnik 0.6.0 yesterday but it keeps timing out.  I am currently using Wget with unlimited retries and it has been running for the better part of 12 hours.  The file is only 17Mb as far as I can tell so I am not sure why it is having so much trouble.  Does anyone know if this is normal, if it will be fixed or if there is an alternate download site?  I am not having any trouble with downloads from anywhere else so I am certain it is not on my end.

I am really interested in looking at this application as I have heard some great things about it.
