Trouble launching PWGL in WinXP SP2

Hello.

I am having trouble while launching new PWGL version. I followed the instructions at siba-downloads webpage but It stays frozen at the beginning of the startup, exactly when it says "creating resources".

Some help?

[SOLVED]

It was an outdated driver of an ati radeon graphic card. Now it works fine.
