Trouble tracking states on 4-way light with Insteon

So I'm still relatively new to MisterHouse using Insteon. So far, everything has been going well. Ran into one problem last night trying to setup a motion sensor to control a hall light.

The hall light is on a 4-way so there's 3 insteon dimmer switches that control it, only 1 that actually handles the load of course. The 3 switches are all linked together (so 6 links there) and then have two links to the PLM (the normal one + one for a MH scene.) The links are all in my insteon.mht file (how I synced the links in fact).

The problem I'm having is in trying to determine the actual state of the hall light. It looks like an on/off from any of the 3 switches is only affecting that switch's state.

So for example, if the light is turned off and I start MH then switch_1, switch_2, and switch_3 all have a state of OFF. I then turn the light on via switch_1. Now MH has switch_1 as set to ON but still has the state of OFF for switches switch_2 and switch_3. If I turn the light off by switch_2 or switch_3 my states are still exactly the same except now the light is off.

Is there some way to keep all 3 switches status in sync?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

- Brian Clark

Unfortunately, at the moment--no.  I'll try to give some thought as to a
possible manual way of doing so in the interim.  At least a part of the
problem is that all of the relationships tracked w/i mh is from
controller to responder(s)--not vice versa.  So, you couldn't for
instance say given some responder (your lamp) that now has state x, now
set_receive all of the controllers (that are not mh scenes) also w/ state x.
