Trouble with UTF-8?

Hi

I'm just wondering if anyone else have experienced problems with
attachments after several languages converted to UTF-8?

They disappear when users try to forward them, and its seems to be
emails written in ISO-8859-1 with attachment file names containing
Norwegian characters sent from external systems (MS Live Mail among others)

Since the English language now also is UTF-8 in 1.4.19 I can't tell the
users to try that instead.

Yes, I've experienced this problem since hungarian switched to UTF-8, but I
did not know that it's related to the charset change. Thank you for pointing
this out. I've also sent a bugreport about this issue.

Maybe you also have noticed if there are several attachments and you try
to delete one of them before forwarding, all of them are deleted.
At least that is what I've experienced.

I've posted an entire description of the problem earlier to this list
and also some to the users list.
