Trunk: toolbars: IE6

Hi Jonny!

I just did a quick test of trunk toolbars & IE6

A few issues:

Bold: warn about leaving page
hyperlinks & tables: it considers unselected as selected.
Help: rendering is problematic.
And others...

Some stuff seems easy to fix. But some, not. Should we consider IE6 as
when no JS?  (so help is below wiki edit zone, like in the good old
days)
