Tutorial on exporting to KML

Hello listers,

I hope someone can point me to a tutorial or directions for exporting GIS
vector files to KML for Google Earth. I have heard that this is possible,
but can't seem to find it.

If you have MAPublisher and Adobe Illustrator you can export to KML from
there.
