Tux Paint 0.9.19 - porting/packaging and press release translation needed

I've put together a press release for Tux Paint 0.9.19.
(My wife was hit with the stomach flu, so I doubt she'll have time to
polish it for me, as she's done in the past.)

I plan to announce the release of 0.9.19 on March 1st.
In the meantime,

(1) I'll quietly release updated source to SourceForge and my FTP site,
for the porters and packagers to work on.  That way, we can have as many
platforms covered at once as possible by Saturday, when I'll start announcing
the release more broadly.

(2) This'll give translators time to translate the press release for me,
before Saturday.
