Typo in the XForms 1.1 schema (CR 2007-11-29)

  The XSDL schema for XForms 1.1 as it appears in the CD from
2007-11-29 at http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/2007/XForms-11-Schema.xsd
refers on line 857 the type xsd:NCNAME.  This is obviously a typo for
xsd:NCName.  I didn't find a reference to the W3C's bugzilla database
in the CR document, so I guess this is the right place to report this.
