Seems Unity's business model is making as much of a splash as there tools.

I was just having a look at this when I saw your email. Check out their
commercial license, which for a commercial grade engine isn't too shabby
IMHO, but only if you're selling small volumes.

It's good for large volumes too. But, the argument around forums and
such is whether that cost can be justified when pretty much no
indie/team can use the udk to its fullest potential.
