UINTER subroutin

Hi dear all
I'm quite new in Abaqus, and supposed to write a user interface with UINTER in my project. I read the abaqus help manual already. Now I don't know how I  define the stresses in my fortran program. The simulation is for a soft tissue which is loaded by rigid surface. I appreciate any helpful reply.
