Hi folks,

I'm proud to announce the release of the new UNICORE Rich
Client version 6.2.2 which can be obtained from https://sourceforge.net/projects/unicore/files/

The new version fixes a couple of bugs and introduces new file operations
that can be performed directly in the Grid Browser.
Here is an excerpt from the changelog:

The following features were added and problems were solved:

* Drag/Drop, Copy/Paste, deletion, and renaming of Files in the GridBrowser. This is a replacement
for the UNICORE Remote System Explorer (RSE) plugin.
* Remote editing of files directly by double-clicking them in the GridBrowser (a temporary local
copy is created and deleted automatically).
* Support for multiple versions of application GUIs. By loading old versions, old jobs and workflows
   should still work.
* Reduced memory usage when accessing large Grids and during workflow monitoring.

The following bugs were fixed:

* Linking external workflow projects into the workspace was causing trouble.
* Pasting text into the text editor in Application GUIs did not mark the job as dirty when editing
the job for the first time.
* Adding and removing workflow variables in the For-Each-loop did not mark the workflow editor as
   dirty.
* Saving a workflow with an open application GUI that has not been touched by the user lead to an
   inconsistent workflow.
* Closing an application GUI shortly after opening it could lead to a NullPointerException.
* Updated manual (the old manual was accidently put in the build).
* Creation of transition bendpoints in while-loops was broken.
* Transition bendpoints can now be selected and moved correctly.
* The names of workflow engines in the submit workflow dialog were incorrect when refreshing the
   Grid Browser simultaneously.
* Displaying workflow message traces in a trace diagram could freeze the GUI for a while.
* Renaming workflow files could cause trouble.

If you have any remarks or feature requests or experience problems of any kind, please let me know.

So long, have fun,
Bastian
