UNICORE command line client 6.2.2 release

Dear all,

the next release 6.2.2 of the UNICORE Command line Client is available
for download on SourceForge

This is a fairly minor release, that nonetheless has a number of
improvements:

 - improved commandline editing in "shell" mode
 - new "list-storages" command
 - bash completion (can be found in the "extras" directory)

as well as a couple of fixes. Please refer to the change log
below for the full list.

 - depends on UNICORE 6.2.2 libraries
 - bugfix in batch mode (would finish before jobs were all processed)
 - new "list-storages" command
 - provide commandline editing in shell mode
 - add bash completion (in "extras" directory)
 - always write job descriptor in batch "submit only" mode
