Hi,
I found that USA time has been shifted to 1 hour back last
weekend. So is GeoNames webservice for timezone updated with new time
in dstoffset? I think it is showing wrong time currently... When will
it be updated or User need to change it in their application?

Janak

The service gives the local time in the element 'time', the current
offset is in the element 'rawoffset'. The element 'dstoffset' returns
the offset on first of july and does not change.

Best

Marc
