Hello,

I just want to give a quick update on what's up with our Community.

1) I've recently taken over Zak Elep's position as LoCo Contact for
Ubuntu-PH. Zak has been quite busy and won't have enough time to serve
as our Contact.

2) Currently coordinating efforts to restore Ubuntu-PH's website on both
the Mailing List and Forums.

3) Drafting a Roadmap that'll guide the community.

4) Sent a request to RT to replace Zak as owner of the Mailing List. I
shall share this responsibility with anyone willing to moderate the list.

5) Sent a request to ubuntu-geek (Forum Administrator) to replace Juan
Carlos Torres as a Moderator of ph.ubuntuforums.org. Loell shall remain
the head/primary moderator of our forums.

6) Sent a request to Launchpad Admins to replace Zak as owner of the
loco team. I shall share this responsibility with active members and
current Administrators.

7) Coordinating with other LoCo teams who use Launchpad extensively. I
believe it is important that we make use of every resources we have at
our disposal.

8) The LoCo IRC Channel shall remain in the capable hands of Jerome
Gotangco. I don't consider myself an IRC person and rarely logs into our
 channel anyway.

9) And drafting an Ubuntu-PH-specific provision that will encourage
approved Ubuntu members to take over as LoCo Contact in case I can't do
my duty.

Please don't hesitate to reply if you have any suggestions or comments
regarding this matter.
