Unable to activate TM '09 [1 Attachment]

Hi all,

I am trying an experiment and am stuck.  I am using a MacBook Core Duo  
running Leopard.  I am running Windows 7 on top of Sun VirtualBox.  I  
can download TM '09, but I cannot activate it.  See the attached  
screen shot.  Has anyone done this before?
