Upcoming GiNaC release

I am finally going to make a 1.5.4 release soon (let's say next
weekend). Are there any pending issues left?

I've talked with Jens about it and, as a result, pushed it in. In the
future, could you, please, submit git-style commented patches of
individual topics? (Best give git a try. It's a fantastic system!)
