Update for Thunderbird 2

I really like mailredirect, as do my users who I encourage to use
mailredirect instead of the traditional Forward. Like Niklas, I was a
little disappointed that there wasn't a new release of MailRedirect to
accompany the recent 2.0 release of TB.

As an experiment, I unzipped the MailRedirect.xpi archive, changed the
maxVersion in install.rdf, and zipped the directory hierarchy to create
a new xpi. TB didn't moan about the change and now I have a working
redirect facility. Not too sure if anything is wrong somewhere hidden,
but recipients are receiving the messages, and I'm happily redirecting
mail. This is a stop-gap until an official release comes out. And I'm
sure Pawel is working on other things too.

I'm sorry for the silence. I changed maxVersion for mailredirect 0.7.4.
You can download new version from addons.mozilla.org.
