An updated mingw version of the autoconf tool, 2.64, is now available
from mingw.org. Also, there is an updated version of the autoconf
wrapper script, which adds support for autoconf-2.64.

These packages should be unpacked from the /mingw (usually, C:\MinGW)
directory.
