I've uploaded binutils version 2.20 to the MinGW project repository:

modification. I've compiled it as native binaries (meaning I did not
configure it with '--with-sysroot'), if you wish to compile it with
'--with-sysroot' the source is available via the link above.
I hope to update the official MinGW installer to pickup this release tonight.
