The July 16 update to the Candidate Specification and the accompanying Errata Summary is now available at the usual place: http://wiki.ecmascript.org/doku.php?id=es3.1:es3.1_proposal_working_draft

 

This should be the very nearly final technical content of the 5th edition, subject only to the reporting of newly found bugs, an up swell on interest in tweaking the name of toISOString, or other currently unanticipated decisions at the upcoming TC39 meeting.
