Updated the C grammar

Hi all -

A while back I got an email from Sergey Kozhukhov with a fix for the  
DirectDeclarator nonterminal in the C grammar.  The problem was that  
the type collector was adding the wrong items to the Set of declared  
types.  I've added Sergey's fix to the grammar and uploaded it to here:
