Urgent: Pidgin 2.5.7, Fix - Yahoo File transfer issue

Hey,

Ticket #9478, reports file transfer issues.

Here is a quick fix:

I am having problems with my windows machine, so haven't checked it deeply. It will be really awesome if someone can check if file transfers work well now, and report me in case they don't. I hope this gets done fast enough to be included in 2.5.8. I am closing #9478 for now, will reopen if problem reported.

It looks to me like this works.  I was able to send files back and forth between
Pidgin and the official client.
