Urgent help needed

Hi,

 

I need to take backup of db from windows and wanna to restore at linux so kindly let me know its command plz, i have tried it a lot but didn;t succeed. also on linux i am not able to take back up so plz also let me know its command

 

I am very new to postgres n its urgent so plz reply it.
