Hello to all of you,
I need urgent help from you guys. I have a polygon feature shape file. Now I want to break one of those polygons into two polygons and the intersecting boundary between these two new polygons can be seen from a jpg file. I don't know how to draw that line using jpg as background and subsequnetly how to convert new drawn line into polygon feature. I shall be very thankful if someone can teach me stepwise procedure to how to do it in Arc Map.
Few years back, I did this thing in ArcInfo workstation, but I forget that now. If someone can teach me these steps for ArcInfo that can equally help me.
