Use for Clinical Trials Management?

Hi,

I work here at National Cancer Institute under NIH – we were wondering what open software can be used to map out the business processes involved in conducting clinical trials from the beginning to end – i.e. filing an application, securing money and space, etc.

Can Enhydra do this or has it already been used for such a purpose?
