Hi All,

Maybe this is common knowledge but if you are using a Bundle DB
Persistence Manager and planning to store a large amount of data make
sure you enable Jackrabbit's DataStore:

http://wiki.apache.org/jackrabbit/DataStore

I failed to enable the DataStore on a site with around 10GB of videos
and performance was terrible.  Switching to the DataStore really
helped and it would have been a lot easier had I just started with it
enabled.

Tom

This is enabled by default in 4.1.1.  But good advice nonetheless.

Hey Tom,
sorry to butt in so late, but since you have already changed the
DataStore on existing installation, could you describe here or on the
Wiki in few steps what has to be done and what to take care of to make
sure the existing data is not corrupted if doing the same?
Thanks,
Jan
