User guide and copy function

The user guide says the copy function can be used for filtering, but
there is no example of how to do this -- unless I just missed it.

Something we need to add. Meanwhile you could have a look at the  
CopyTask and CopySpec Javadoc.

Indeed, I ended up at the javadoc and groovydoc for
org.gradle.api.tasks.Copy which has an example -- though it needs a bit
more in the API docs to make totally clear.  I raised a JIRA -- but
marked it as trivial :-)
