Using Displacement control in ABAQUS

Hello,

I am modeling a steel plate in ABAQUS v6.8. I need to get the force-deformation curves. I am currently using static RIKS method to do  the same, but I believe that is load control method. Could someone please tell me how to use Displacement control in abaqus cae.

Hi . my english is not well , excues me .
your informatiuon was not enough but I think you can use a few steps , and in each step use displacemet that be able to control your movement.
