Using IOmeter for stand-alone PC

I have a PC running Windows server with a 6-port NIC card. I want to connect the ports in daisy chain (port-0 to port-1, Port-2 to port3 etc) and test the throughput stand-alone. Is this possible? What configuration should I be using?
