Using MS13A outdoor vs MS14A

What are the differences between the MS13A and MS14A Motion Detectors
that make the MS14A suitable for outdoor use?

If it's just the way it is sealed or does it use different internal components?
Does anyone have side by side comparisons of the insides of both?

The MS13A is white so it's blends in better with the white surrounding
area I'd like to use it in.
Would I be better off just getting the MS14A (black) and painting it?

thanks

I think the outdoor version has a bit more rubber around the openings and
screw hole so that it's more water resistant.
That said, I've had the white MS13A outside for years, although it wasn't in
direct rain.
