Utf-16- BOM ?
All,
I want to convert a "character String " to utf 16 and want to use the BE (BigEndian) BOE (Byte OrderMark )
Could any one let me know what will the default when I conver the character string to UTF16.
If it uses the SmallEndian how do I conver that to BigEndian format ?
