VIP configuration

What’s the best way to configure a VIP to point to a Cluster of two RabbitMQ brokers with mirrored queues?

All clients currently connect using a VIP which monitors both brokers by monitoring the rabbitmq port. This causes the following errors on the rabbitMQ logs:-
