VMBuild upgraded to 1.3.5-SNAPSHOT

I upgraded vmbuild to 1.3.5-SNAPSHOT today, and Brett helped fix the
config so it would work.

Apparently the Jetty upgrade meant that wrapper.conf changed, and I
hadn't gotten that far when he conveniently showed up and pinpointed
it within minutes.  Does this need to go in the upgrade docs?

Some projects [1] are still showing multiple scm urls that don't
belong.  I assume these are not going to magically disappear.  Is
there an easy way to query and identify the ones that should be
deleted?

People were having trouble logging in last week, so I rolled back to
the July 2nd 1.3.4-SNAPSHOT we were using before and noted it on the
Upgrade History wiki page [1].  That was done on Wednesday night.
