VTK 5.4 package with boost-parallel

This is a follow up on:

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=549203

Once the boost graph parallel package will be uploaded, one will be
able to compile VTK 5.4 taking advantage of the new Titan toolkit (*).
