Value smtp_from_name lost in the trac.ini

In two of my trac, i've noticed the value "name" in the section [project] has strangely took the place of the "smtp_from_name". So when i recieve an e-mail notification, the "From" field contains the name of the project instead of "smtp_name_from".
Nothing answer from google.
