Varanus swarti Question

I am trying to find out the full citation for the description of 'Varanus swarti'. All I have is:

Mangili (1962): Giard. zool. Roma, 4: 30

Is there no title to the article? Does anyone know Mangili's first initial? I know Mertens (1962) covered this junior synonym of rudicollis but I don't have access to this work either. Any help in clearing up this fuzzy spot in my files would be appreciated. Venturing into the truly unlikely, does anyone have a copy of Mangili's article?
