Version inconsistency?

Hello,

According to this webpage:

http://apr.apache.org/download.cgi

version 1.3.8 of APR is the latest available. However the last week or
so on the same page there was a version 1.3.9 which is still available
on different mirrors. So which one is correct?

Something's not right there. The latest is 1.3.9. You can grab it form
main distribution directory, a bit further down on the same page.

I've passed this to infra, as the version of that page you see is not
the latest version of the page in svn.

Thank you for pointing this out.

fixed, it was due to a problem with svn:externals values changing.
looking at a long term solution.... but not sure if there is a good
one.
