Very low device clock + DASA + AVRDude

I just screwed up and programmed an AtTiny13's fuses to be a 16 kHz clock (128 kHz/8). I'm using a DASA programmer and no matter what baudrate I set or -i delay I set I cant get the device to initialize. Am I screwed or is there a way to modify the conf file to get a device like this back? It seems from other posts the device is recoverable using an AVRISP, I was just curious whether a DASA can do it as well?
