You need a web application and a flash client to wrap the server into web conferencing solution. The main difference between to solutions Sebastian had mentioned is the rich application framework used for their development. You will work with red5 by using openmeetings or bigbluebutton. Also you may need to adjust AS classpath in Flash IDE to compile the sample.
