Gallery 2.3.1 Released - PHP 5.3 compatibility and translations

Even though Gallery 2 isn't under active development anymore, we cleaned up a few loose ends to make it play nicely with PHP 5.3. A very small number of minor enhancements have slipped in, and there are a number of translation updates since the initial release of Gallery 2.3 that we've included in this release.
<br><br>If you're using Gallery 2, you should probably upgrade to 2.3.1 so that your site keeps functioning when you system is upgraded to PHP 5.3.

<br>the "Print assistant - Gwenview" plugin that did the job far better. It is so
<br>good, why not make it the default print method.
<br>It only has one (cosmetic) problem and that is with ghosting and tearing

<br>problem with the final print.

Just pointing at SVG files won't work, because the browser does not know that this SVG file should be displayed through ZGRViewer. You need to point at a URL that will either generate a new <applet> tag in the current page, containing as a parameter the URL to the new SVG (similar to what is done for the first applet in the original HTML page), or popint to another HTML page that will have the same kind of <applet> tag.

<br>compatible interface that wraps our interface and make any Flickr
<br>specific tradeoffs there. Best of both worlds, and probably not that
