Views (threaded, etc.)

Is there a way to permanently change which view is shown?  I like the threaded view, personally (most of the time), but I know some people would prefer the others.  If not, would having it in the preferences be an option?

I might also suggest having users choose which is shown by default when they create their accounts.

You can pick a view and it should be "sticky", meaning that you get the same view until you change your view to something else. Is that not what you see?

That's what I see until I close my web browser.  When I come back, it has been reset.

Which browser and version do you currently use?
(thanks for the information)

You're welcome.

I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.7, on Windows 2000.

Hi Cordilow,

We have fixed this issue.
Please let us know if you still see the problem.

I found this thread while trying to work out why my preferred view (threaded) suddenly became "unsticky".  I don't even have to close my browser (Firefox 3.5.2).  If I just return to the forum, then re-open the thread, it appears in the "Classic" view again.  Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Bruce
