Not AFAIK (of course, single users of the VL could have done it and I'd
be curious about that as well). Note that the concept of rotation is not
part of the Widget specification - e.g. the portion of screen used is
always expressed as an unrotated rectangle. This doesn't mean this can't
be done, but it needs some tweaking (e.g. "growing" the rectangle as the
component is rotated, adding specific code for testing whether the mouse
is over or not, etc...).
