Thanks.  However, for the sake of the integrity of the voting process
I don't think we can accept this.  Let's hope for better luck with
"Source URL"!

I think Cosmin has the casting vote here - it wouldn't change the result if
Willem had voted yes and I suspect all the yes votes on "Source URI" would
also be yes on "Source URL".

So I'm interested in hearing which Cosmin prefers - clearly they have
slightly different merits.

If Cosmin prefers URI over URL why not just leave the whole thing for the
requisite period of time, until we can vote again - after all, it's just
documentation.  With a new chunk it can't be used in published PNGs until
approved, but with text keywords anyone can use any of them any time in any
PNG.
