W3C Spec Test in Opera 9.2 WebBrowser

I tried to test this URL in Opera 9.2 WebBrowser.
 
But I saw that the two navy boxed were different on windows xp in my computer.
 
Why were they differenet? I heard that Opera Web browser passed the all spec test.
 
I think that Opera WebBrowser uses a special font.
 
Is it right? If it is right, what a font does Opera 9.2 WebBrowser use?
