WADL documentation stylesheet updated

I've updated the stylesheet to generate documentation from WADL  
files; besides moving to the most recent version of WADL (note: this  
version is NOT backwards-compatible with old WADL files), I've fixed  
several bugs with anchors, ids, references, etc., and the output  
should be cleaner.
